The Viral Insider is a digital subscription newsletter. All issues are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at the time of subscription. Delivery occurs on a weekly basis. Because this is a digital product with immediate access, refunds are not available once a subscription payment has been processed.
No Refunds
All payments made for The Viral Insider are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:
You will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with content, failure to use or access the newsletter, or changes in personal circumstances.
Refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, will not be issued under any circumstances.

Upon cancellation, you will not be billed for future subscription periods.

Chargebacks and Disputes
Because you receive immediate and ongoing access to a digital product, you agree not to initiate chargebacks with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor (including Stripe) as a means of obtaining a refund.
Any attempt to dispute or reverse a valid charge will be considered a breach of this policy.
Viralzy LLC reserves the right to provide payment processors with evidence of delivery and acceptance of terms to resolve such disputes in our favor.
